Been ‘slinkin’ and ‘slitherin’ around a BIT too long without filing a tax return? Maybe you just ‘forgot’ (like, “The dog ate my homework”) or didn’t think you owed so you didn’t need to file (Yea, that’s the one!) No matter ‘the reason’ there is GOOD REASON NOW to file a 1040X and get it over! Some THINK they will owe and suffer and on-going case of ‘tax dementia’ for while.
